Kiersten Becht

Born and raised on the Jersey Shore, Kiersten traded her love for the ocean for the mountains of Colorado and hasn’t looked back since. As part of the Prim + Co team, she leverages her writing skills and media relations expertise to drive brand awareness and strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining Prim, Kiersten earned her PR chops at a Cleveland-based firm, where she led local and national media relations campaigns for just about every type of client under the sun — grocery store chain, law firm, medspa, commercial real estate firm, luxury lighting, minor-league baseball, mattresses — you name it, and Kiersten’s probably worked on it. In Cleveland, she earned the office nickname “the joy-generator” for her unwavering positivity and ability to forge instant connections with clients, colleagues, and the media.

Kiersten holds a B.A. in Communications with a concentration in Journalism and Public Relations from Monmouth University. Her professional journey began with internships at Move For Hunger and Kivvit, instilling a passion for community engagement and strategic communication.

Following graduation, Kiersten explored her passions before entering the corporate world by working seasonal baking gigs in her hometown, Copper Mountain, CO, and Glacier National Park. (Side note: if you’re ever in need of a huckleberry pie, Kiersten’s your girl.) During this time, she skied, hiked, and baked her heart out, promising herself that she’d return out West one day. In August 2023, Kiersten fulfilled her promise by packing up and moving to Colorado, where she eventually found Prim and the rest is history!

In her spare time, you can find Kiersten skiing, hiking, tending to her plants, or road-tripping with her partner, Will.
