December 31st has a way of sneaking up on us, which means there’s no better time than the present to make those end-of-year plans. Whether you’re in the mood for an intimate evening at a table for two or dancing the night away with 500 of your newest friends, our clients have the perfect New Year’s Eve for you.
An All-American New Year: Celebrate in Every Time Zone at Acova
To celebrate the fact that so many Coloradoans are transplants, Acova Restaurant is celebrating New Year’s Eve with themed toasts for every time zone. That way, all of our transplants can celebrate with their loved ones from around the country. $20 cover includes: four champagne toasts, sampler platters of the new 2019 menu – including blackened ahi tostadas and tomatillo cheese dip and live music from DJ Drew Reges.
Starting Time: 9:30 pm to 1:30am
10pm toast: East Coast/Big Apple: champagne with sliced apple
11pm toast: Midwest: Blackberry-infused champagne. A nod to Champagne, Illinois where these little berries sprout everywhere! Co-owner Betsy Workman grew up outside of Champagne and remembers having blackberry fights with her siblings.
Midnight toast: Colorado: To celebrate the amazing Palisade peaches in our state, there will be champagne with peach slices.
1am toast: West Coast: Paying homage to the Oregon Cherries, there will be a cherry included in each glass.
