ELEVATE DANCE STUDIO AT THE ORCHARD TOWN CENTER  

Elevate Dance Studio offers adult dance packages for moms who want to try something new or find a fun way to get in a work out! Both beginner and experienced dancers are welcome; each adult session is an eight-week commitment for $265. Mom will have unlimited access to the nine adult program classes offered each week during her eight-week session! Classes are as short as 30 minutes to accommodate busy schedules or up to an hour long for a bit of me-time.

RESTAURANT OLIVIA 

Washington Park’s darling, Restaurant Olivia, offers the perfect gift for mothers who want a day out of the kitchen. The Michelin-recommended, pasta-focused eatery is offering take and bake lasagna (guest’s choice between traditional lasagna and lasagna primavera, made with pesto sauce), chopped salad and strawberry tiramisu for dessert. Co-owner Heather Morrison established the spot as a profession of love for her daughter, Olivia, and keeps her role as a working mother close to her heart as she operates her business.

BURNDOWN 

This one-year-old, three-floor bar and restaurant will serve as the perfect spot for moms in the mood for handcrafted cocktails and a delectable brunch. BurnDown’s brunch menu has quickly become the go-to spot on South Broadway and has something to suit any craving. 

For those with a sweet tooth, The Captains French Toast ($14) is there to satisfy with a Cap N’ Crunch-crusted outside, stuffed with a mixed berry cream and topped with a berry compote (photo here.)  Traditionalists can order the BurnDown Breakfast ($12) for a classic meal. And for those needing something hearty, The Hangover Burger ($17) is the perfect cure with its roasted garlic aioli, hashbrowns and fried egg.

TORO BY CHEF RICHARD SANDOVAL 

Start Mother’s Day off right at Toro by Chef Richard Sandoval for a special bottomless brunch! Toro’s bottomless brunch will feature special additions to excite your morning palate. Some of those additions include a made-to-order crepe station and a Bloody Mary bar. The brunch will run $90 for bottomless drinks and food with the special additions and $75 for the standard bottomless drinks and food option. This special brunch will only be available for Mother’s Day.

TAMAYO BY CHEF RICHARD SANDOVAL 

Celebrate your mom in the heart of Downtown Denver at Tamayo on Larimer Square. Weather permitting, families can enjoy the famous rooftop. For $47, guests may enjoy unlimited small plates and free-flowing brunch cocktails. Cocktail options include traditional mimosas, traditional margaritas, Bloody Marys and Bloody Marias. Bottomless brunch dishes include huevos motuleños, chicken enchiladas, pozole, huevos a la Mexicana, veggie tacos, poblano chili breakfast potatoes and tres leches cake. Bottomless food is available for $34; kids 12 and under may dine for $12.

MY NEIGHBOR FELIX 

With four locations across Colorado, My Neighbor Felix is known for its south-of-the-border flair and strong margaritas. Felix’s brunch offerings are the perfect gift for moms across the state, featuring classic breakfast staples with a Latin twist. Fan favorites include huevos rancheros ($15) and the wide array of breakfast tacos. For mothers with a sweet tooth, the churro French toast and tres leches waffles (both $13) remain standouts on the menu.  

And for a boozy addition to brunch, Felix offers a wide range of alcoholic beverages. One of the most iconic is the Megarita ($24), which is served in a colossal, 56-ounce glass. All mothers who dine at My Neighbor Felix will be treated to red roses, in proper Felix fashion.

WONDERYARD

Though it just opened in March, Wonderyard Garden + Table is becoming a mainstay for girls who want to have fun. This Mother’s Day, treat your mom to a trip to an ethereal, yet extravagant garden oasis in Downtown Denver. 

The eatery boasts shareable, global fare, prompting table-wide conversations amongst guests. For brunch, guests who enjoy savory food can indulge in the patatas bravas skillet ($17), which combines crispy patatas bravas, chorizo, vegetables and cheese with two fried eggs. The avocado toast ($12) topped with Aleppo chili, cherry tomatoes, microgreens and an egg includes the restaurant’s house-made whole grain bread. And for a sweet treat after the brunch festivities, the cinnamon roll skillet ($10) fulfills even the largest of sweet tooths.  

In addition to its eats, Wonderyard’s vibrant beverage program elevates the cocktail game. Offering both single-serve and large-format cocktails and zero-proof libations, all guests can partake in the spirit of playfulness when visiting.
