Restaurant Olivia, a fine dining, pasta-centric concept by renowned chef, Ty Leon, and his business partners, Austin Carson and Heather Morrison, engaged Prim in advance of their Denver opening to provide hyper-focused strategy and placements that would separate them from a crowded Italian Restaurant category in the Denver dining scene.
